  • All freight must be labeled and a bill of lading filled out and returned to the Expo Exhibitor Service Desk before leaving the show floor.
  • All freight will be returned to the Magnolia Expo warehouse ready for your carrier to pick up on Friday, December 16, 2024, from 9:00am - 3:30pm.
  • Warehouse Address: Magnolia Exposition Services, 10 Lexington Avenue, Gloucester, MA 01930
  • Empty crates and containers will be returned beginning 6:00pm Wednesday, December 14, 2022.
  • All carriers must check-in no later than 3:30pm on December 16, 2022 at the Magnolia Expo warehouse.
  • Please be advised that overtime charges will apply during move-out.

  BOOTH EQUIPMENT

Each 10' x 10' booth area will be provided with:

  • 8' background drape
  • 3' high side drape
  • (1) Wastebasket
  • (1) Booth Identification Sign (7" x 44")

Additional Advance Shipment Information
  • Shipments should arrive between Tuesday, November 5, 2024 and Tuesday, December 31, 2024
  • All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee
  • Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Tuesday, December 31, 2024 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
