All freight must be labeled and a bill of lading filled out and returned to the Expo Exhibitor Service Desk before leaving the show floor.
All freight will be returned to the Magnolia Expo warehouse ready for your carrier to pick up on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, from 9:00am - 3:30pm.
Warehouse Address: Magnolia Exposition Services, 10 Lexington Avenue, Gloucester, MA 01930
Empty crates and containers will be returned beginning 2:00pm Wednesday, July 15, 2026.
All carriers must check-in no later than 3:30pm on July 15, 2026at the Magnolia Expo warehouse.
Please be advised that overtime charges will apply during move-out.

All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee
Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Monday, July 6, 2026 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
