  • All freight must be labeled and a bill of lading filled out and returned to the Expo Exhibitor Service Desk before leaving the show floor.
  • Warehouse Address: Magnolia Exposition Services, 10 Lexington Avenue, Gloucester, MA 01930
  • Empty crates and containers will be returned beginning 1:00pm Friday, September 26, 2025.
  • All carriers must check-in no later than 8:00pm on September 26, 2025 at The Expo Center.
  • Please be advised that overtime charges will apply during move-out.

  • 3' high side drape

  • (1) Booth Identification Sign (7" x 44")

  • Shipments should arrive between Friday, August 22, 2025 and Friday, September 12, 2025
  • All shipments received outside these dates will be subject to a 25% late fee
  • Shipments that arrive at the warehouse after Friday, September 12, 2025 cannot be guaranteed to arrive before show opening. Additional handling charges will be added for expedited trucking and freight
